Returns and exchanges

Exchanges can be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns can be made within a maximum period of 72 business hours from the date of receipt of the order.

The return charge will not be charged in the event that the return is due to a defective product or error in the product sent. In any other case, the charge will be borne by the buyer.

To proceed, write us at atencionalcliente@philos.com.ar and include the following information: order number / item to exchange or return / reason (exchange or return), either for store credit or a credit card refund.

Once we have received this information, our Customer Service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return as soon as possible. Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused and with the original packaging and labels in good condition.
