With loving care, you can preserve the condition of your product for longer. Here are some recommendations on how to care for wool.

• Handwash using warm water and a soap for delicate fabrics.
• To prevent balling or pilling, it is best to avoid any rubbing or abrasion of the wool. To avoid deforming the fabric, do not twist or stretch it.
• When drying, place it on a clean towel and roll it up to absorb the excess water.
• Next, lay the product flat until completely dry.

Pay by bank transfer and receive a 15% discount. When you make your purchase, you will receive the corresponding instructions by e-mail.

Interest-free installments
When you select the option for a credit card payment via Mercado Pago, you will be offered the option to pay in 3 interest-free monthly installments when you use a Visa, Mastercard or Bank issued Amex.

Exchanges can be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns can be made within a maximum period of 72 business hours from the date of receipt of the order.

The return charge will not be charged in the event that the return is due to a defective product or error in the product sent. In any other case, the charge will be borne by the buyer.

Once we have received this information, our Customer Service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return as soon as possible. Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused and with the original packaging and labels in good condition.
