With loving care, you can preserve the condition of your product for longer. Here are some recommendations on how to care for cotton.

• Machine wash in cold water to avoid shrinkage.
• To extend the life of your product, do not use bleach.
• Do not dry clean to remove stains as the cotton fibers may break.
• If you wish to iron the product, do so at low temperatures.
• Do not wring out product; dry it in the shade.

Pay by bank transfer and receive a 15% discount. When you make your purchase, you will receive the corresponding instructions by e-mail.

Interest-free installments
When you select the option for a credit card payment via Mercado Pago, you will be offered the option to pay in 3 interest-free monthly installments when you use a Visa, Mastercard or Bank issued Amex.

Exchanges can be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns can be made within a maximum period of 72 business hours from the date of receipt of the order.

The return charge will not be charged in the event that the return is due to a defective product or error in the product sent. In any other case, the charge will be borne by the buyer.

To proceed, write us at atencionalcliente@philos.com.ar and include the following information: order number / item to exchange or return / reason (exchange or return), either for store credit or a credit card refund.

Once we have received this information, our Customer Service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return as soon as possible. Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused and with the original packaging and labels in good condition.
