With loving care, you can preserve the condition of your product for longer. Here are some recommendations on how to care for velvet.

• Use a soft bristle brush to clean, stroking in the direction of the pile. This also helps to improve the appearance of the color.
• A vacuum cleaner with a brush nozzle attachment can also be used to remove the dust from the fabric.
• To remove stains, prepare a mix of water with detergent and apply it with a soft sponge or cloth. Wring out the cloth before using to remove the excess liquid. Apply the cloth gently without pressing on the stain. Blot to dry with a towel.
• In the event of a greasy liquid spill, sprinkle talcum powder over the affected area and let it sit for a full day (without rubbing), then remove the powder with a bristle brush.
• To preserve its color, do not expose to direct sunlight.

Interest-free installments
When you select the option for a credit card payment via Mercado Pago, you will be offered the option to pay in 3 interest-free monthly installments when you use a Visa, Mastercard or Bank issued Amex.

Exchanges can be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns can be made within a maximum period of 72 business hours from the date of receipt of the order.

The return charge will not be charged in the event that the return is due to a defective product or error in the product sent. In any other case, the charge will be borne by the buyer.

Once we have received this information, our Customer Service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return as soon as possible. Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused and with the original packaging and labels in good condition.
