With loving care, you can preserve the condition of your product for longer. Here are some recommendations on how to care for cotton.

• Machine wash in cold water to avoid shrinkage.
• To extend the life of your product, do not use bleach.
• Do not dry clean to remove stains as the cotton fibers may break.
• If you wish to iron the product, do so at low temperatures.
• Do not wring out product; dry it in the shade.

Pay by bank transfer and receive a 10% discount. When you make your purchase, you will receive the corresponding instructions by e-mail.

Interest-free installments
When you select the option for a credit card payment via Mercado Pago, you will be offered the option to pay in 3 or 6 interest-free monthly installments when you use a Visa or Mastercard.

Exchanges can be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Returns can be made within a maximum period of 72 business hours from the date of receipt of the order.

To proceed, write us at atencionalcliente@philos.com.ar and include the following information: order number / item to exchange or return / reason (exchange or return), either for store credit or a credit card refund.

Once we have received this information, our Customer Service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return as soon as possible. Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused and with the original packaging and labels in good condition.
